All the stylists are incredibly gentle and understanding, and they never push clients to do unnecessary treatments. It’s clear that Kausie prioritises honesty and ensuring clients are happy. I travelled two hours just to get there, and that’s just how good their service is! If anyone is looking for a Korean salon, Kausie is highly recommended.

Been looking for a good hair salon, and after searching online I came across Kausie. It was my first time here and I wasn’t disappointed at all! I’m very happy and satisfied with the result. The ambiance is lovely, and I’m especially thankful to Olivia for doing my hair. Such a cool salon — they even have a super friendly dog 🐕 who greets everyone! I had my hair coloured by Miku today and she was amazing. She’s very friendly, upfront about the pricing, and managed the whole timeline really well so everything felt smooth and stress-free. She took her time with the wash and massage 💆🏻♀️ — it honestly felt like being in a spa for a moment. She even offered to curl my hair at no extra cost, which was such a nice touch. There was a little colour that transferred onto my skin, but Miku was quick to take care of it and reassured me. Overall, a really great experience! 😌
